All payments are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted payment page.

You can also pay with your PayPal balance. You can even use their 6 months financing, that is if you qualify through their financing program.

Currently we are only shipping to the U.S.A., Canada, the U.K., and Australia.

If you really would like to order our products and live outside of our designated shipping regions, please email or call us to see if we can accommodate you.

Depending on certain circumstances, we may be able to ship to certain other countries.

All items are shipped by the Postal Service unless otherwise specified.

Domestic shipping is only $9.85 for USPS Priority Shipping. For international shipping, the cost is $28.50.

Tracking numbers are included with all shipments.

We know that you would love to get your products as quick as possible.

Your package will normally arrive within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise specified.

Some orders may be packaged separately as a result of the items ordered, for example we would not package hair extensions and tee shirts together.

Please note that we have no control or cannot prevent delays due to extreme weather or unforeseen issues that arise with USPS delivery services.

To receive a refund, the following must apply to all the items being returned:

* Unused/Brand new condition
* No damage

Please email or call us to let us know that you want to return your UNUSED, non-damaged hair….etc.

Once received and confirmed that the item is still indeed in the same brand new/unused condition in which we shipped it, we will then refund you by the same payment method that you used when you made that purchase.

We strongly recommend that you ship it back to us with shipping insurance, which will provide you a tracking number to monitor it’s delivery. If you have a tracking number, please call or email us the tracking number so we can also be on the lookout for your return as well.

Bougee Hair is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that are sent back to us for any returns or exchanges.

All return shipments to Bougee Hair are our client’s responsibility. We do not pay for return or exchange shipping costs unless it was a mistake on our end, of course and/or you received incorrect items.

Indeed if it is our error, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. We will email you a printable shipping label that can be placed on a box/bag for shipping back to us.

To refund or exchange, the following must apply to all the items being returned:

* Unused/Brand new condition
* No damage

Please email or call us to let us know that you want to return or exchange your UNUSED, non-damaged hair….etc.

We all change our minds some time or another. If you do change your mind on a purchase or exchange, and the items have not been shipped yet, please contact us by phone and/or email AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can cancel, refund, or void your order and/or payment.

If you should contact us after we have shipped your order to you, you must ship it back to us at your expense. A refund of your payment will be made once we have received the items back from you.
